In this online webinar, we’re kicking off the year with strategies for Getting Ahead in 2023. We’ll work our way through some financial basics, covering topics and providing tools that can help you improve your financial situation and finish the year ahead of where you’ve started. Topics include:
Budgets:We’ll begin with a comprehensive look at your current financial situation, starting with budgets. We’ll dive into how to revise your personal budget to account for inflation and provide a variety of actions you can take to move into 2023 with a balanced budget.
Net worth and credit:Next, we’ll look at conducting a Net Worth Assessment to determine your current financial state and learn how the financial world views our “creditworthiness”. We will briefly review methods of checking credit and discuss improving credit history.
Goal setting:Our final step will be to examine the importance of setting financial goals, including establishing dollar amounts, and setting up a follow-through method for saving. We will also discuss making debt reduction a goal for 2023, if appropriate.
