I lead the team of experienced, compassionate and committed people who work with thousands of clients every year to help them get out of debt. My early career was in marketing at Procter & Gamble. Then I moved to business journalism, as an anchor at BNN Bloomberg. But I found my true passion for helping people get a handle on their money, as a financial coach and workshop leader, author of two bestselling books, and as a Money Columnist for Cityline, CBC Radio and MoneySense.
My husband and I are proud parents to a teen, and in my spare time, I love to hike, cook, and watch Schitt’s Creek on Netflix. (Plus, I have a ridiculous memory for Broadway musical trivia. Try me.)
I’m a mother of three (if we count my Britany Spaniel), an amateur baker and an experienced CPA in the non-profit sector. I joined Credit Canada to help support the organization’s financial health and stability, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide transparent reporting to its stakeholders.
I love spending time with my adult children (and their dogs), watching The Bachelor and creating spreadsheets.
I’m Credit Canada’s Digital Strategist and have been with the agency since 2021. I have previously worked as a social media marketing specialist in various industries, from sports to telecom, and I transitioned into the role of a Digital Strategist. My purpose in life has always been to help those in need, and I am fulfilling that purpose through my work here at Credit Canada. I truly believe and am committed to our mission of getting people out of debt to help them get back to life.
In my spare time, you’ll always find me outdoors exploring a local food festival, making memories with my friends, and volunteering for Toronto Cat Rescue. I have a beautiful Tuxedo cat named Timothy, who is my pride and joy, and I spend most of my time chasing after him for cuddles.
I joined Credit Canada because I am passionate about helping people and providing high-quality service. My extensive background in finance/banking and the charity sector provides me with the perfect mix of experience and enthusiasm needed to optimize the journey of getting people out of debt and back into life.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling with my husband, anything from a short weekend road trip to flying to the other side of the world… Some of our recent adventures have included trips to Prince Edward County and Bali!
A few of my favourite things are live music, NFL football, pinball and trying new restaurants.

I spearhead Credit Canada's efforts to diversify revenue streams through strategic partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
Early on in my professional journey, I recognized the importance of embracing an organization's vision and mission. As a result, I have worked with several non-profits, securing crucial alliances while developing and leading sponsorship initiatives and marketing efforts that generated revenues while delivering on the organization's goals.
My professional experience working with payroll professionals highlighted the crucial role that agencies like Credit Canada play in promoting financial stability for all Canadians through literacy, coaching, and education initiatives.
